Unfortunately, I’m afraid I don’t really know. The cases come from many sources and typically the help text at the top of the file contains all of the information I have about the case.
One thought that occurs to me is that you could write a little script to read in each of the cases and check the ratio of load to committed generation capacity to give you one metric of loading level.
