MOST handles stochastic DC OPF. See Section 7.1.4 in the MOST User’s Manual
<http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/docs/MOST-manual-1.0.pdf>. MATPOWER does
not have capabilities for probabilistic AC power flow or AC OPF.
