You can use a zero cost generator to represent solar and a fixed injection
(either PD column of bus matrix, or a generator with PMIN=PMAX) to represent
storage. Optimizing dispatchable storage is inherently a multiperiod problem,
so if that’s what you want, you will need to use MOST.
