I’m sure that data exists for the ACTVSg cases <https://electricgrids.engr.tamu.edu/electric-grid-test-cases/> available in the latest version of MATPOWER, but you probably have to find a way to export it from the PowerWorld files. I’m told it can be found in the Substation Latitude/Longitude fields in the bus table and should be easily exportable to Excel.
