Yes, MOST can do a SCUC, but the formulation is somewhat different from the 
traditional SCUC in that the costs of the contingency cases are included in the 
objective function. The line flows are included in the MOST output (see Section 
5.3.2 in the MOST User’s Manual, esp Table 5-10) in mdo.flow(t, j, 
k).mpc.branch(:, PF).
