IEEE 13-node test feeder

Hi All,

I am developing an optimization algorithm to produce day-ahead dispatch of a 
distribution network and I am using MATPOWER to run power flows (optimization 
is done using MATLAB GA toolbox). I have been using the 4 node test system 
(case4_dist) but now want to implement the same algorithm on IEEE 13-node test 
feeder.

My question is how do I convert the 13-node test feeder data available online 
to the format suitable for MATPOWER.

Any leads would be appreciated.
