Thanks for the suggestion! The problem was caused by the settings in case_ACTIVSg200, there is only 1 area but 6 zones (indexed from 2 to 7). After adding area numbers `mpc.bus(:, BUS_AREA) = mpc.bus(:, ZONE) - 1; `, there is no issue creating the mdi structure, but a new problem showed up that UC has no solution..
