IEEE 123 bus feeder

Dear all, 
does anyone have the IEEE 123 bus feeder in matpower case format? I have been 
looking for it for a long time on github but I cant find it. I have seen 
someone on this discussion forum claiming that he is using a modified IEEE 123 
bus feeder for the original case is an unbalanced feeder, but I cant get in 
touch with him. It would be great if someone could provide me with it, thanks a 
lot.
