Hi Atousa,

Based on the error message, it looks like you have some MOSEK files in your 
path, but there appears to be some issue with the MOSEK installation. You can 
try doing …

have_feature('mosek', 0);

… to tell MATPOWER to ignore MOSEK. If the tests pass after doing that then it 
confirms the issue is with your MOSEK installation. You may just want to try 
reinstalling MOSEK and making sure the MATLAB interface to MOSEK is working.

Let us know if you still have trouble (along with which version of MATLAB and 
MOSEK you have, i.e. output of mpver).
