Dear Matpower users, Matpower can handle the case of piecewise linear cost curves of generators (marginal cost curve is piecewise constant). I'm wondering what is the best way to handle convex piecewise quadratic cost curves (marginal cost is piecewise linear)? (is user define cost function the only way?)
