Can anyone tell me if there are already matlab scripts or fanctions that
allow you to create Matpower cases starting from standard data?
Specifically those for the transformer? If so where are they?
Let me explain better, from the data of the transformer such as (in
addition to the nodes of belonging) rated power, short circuit power etc.
and I want to get to the correct line in mpc.branc.
