In fact, I want to model PV as a dispatchable reactive source within a 0.95 
power factor. I have checked the matpower mail archive, and I find that someone 
in 2012 (see picture attached) has suggested that this can be modeled using 
matpower's generator P-Q capability curve. I think this is suitable for my 
case. Is it still in use today?  Thank you.
