See Table 5-1 in the MATPOWER User’s 
Manual<https://matpower.org/docs/MATPOWER-manual-7.1.pdf>. The complex voltages 
are found in results.cpf.V. You can compute the real and reactive powers 
directly using the corresponding lambda values found in results.cpf.lam. 
Essentially use the lambda value to interpolate between the base and target 
power values.
