I have a small question regarding the SE function;
in doSE, J, that is, the gain matrix of the problem is calculated.
The diagonal entries of invG are the variances of the estimates of the
state variables.
So, I want to plot them and I found a small detail;
since the index vector nonref is used, the state variables are
re-arranged in the
Jacobian and do not follow the consecutive internal indexing. Is this
right??
If yes, one must be careful while plotting each diagonal entrie vs the
corresponding node.
