Hi Sandeep,

The others might be able to chime in on the "Could not get state from
recording" entries in the log file.  I have entries similar to those in my
logs as well, and I believe them to be cosmetic errors rather than being
related to your problem.  Would you be willing to send me your log file, in
it's entirety, directly to my email address?
