We will be addressing the audio issue in a low-tech manner:

The other problem that I found were professors walking, and staying, out of
the view of the camera.  We are providing them with the following
information:

"In each classroom outfitted with Matterhorn and a camera, two markers have
been placed at the top of the whiteboards in the front of the classrooms.
 The markers are no more than two pieces of black tape which serve as a
reminder of the boundaries of the camera view.  If you are between the two
markers, Matterhorn will capture your image.  I've adjusted the cameras to
view as much of the whiteboard as possible without compromising too much on
the quality of the video playback.  I recognize that the settings might need
to be adjusted and look forward to any recommendations."
