I also have green screen on BT878 with a PAL-Camera attached. If I do v4l2 -d /dev/camera -s ntsc *before* starting the capture
and then v4l2 -d /dev/camera -s pal *during* the capture then the video will be captured all right, that is from the moment on that pal was switched on.
