Ok, so it sounds like you have upgraded the machine's kernel since you
installed the capture agent software.  The best bet is to update the
VGA2USB drivers to match the new kernel version.

To do this you'll need to download the appropriate version of the driver
from the Epiphan website, decompress it in the appropriate place and
then restart matterhorn.  There should be instructions for this in the
wiki, otherwise follow the instructions at
https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1f_wTh_MN31OcD31GX7BECgdGqR13wbw0kqQXyhZIct8#id.32btd5-7n7h22,
keeping in mind that the Ubuntu and kernel versions are likely to be
different than those in the instructions.
