Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how I can get the by field in the engage part
of matterhorn filled out when I reingest failed media files. The
media.zip files have the metadata files etc. but when reingesting them
there is no by .... field in engage. When the file gets ingested in the
regular way ( from the capture agent ) there is a by field. Am I
forgetting a step to add this? When reingesting the media.zip the author
appears correctly in the admin part, it's just the engage part where the
author ( the by field ) is missing.
