Hmm, sounds too tricky. With 1.1 around the corner it may be worth
waiting to upgrade to that instead of a hybrid mode.

Regardless, I wouldn't run a 1.1 CA with a 1.0 core; we've made no
attempt to keep them compatible and done no testing on this so it
would
be risky and, undoubtedly, require some tweaking on your end.

To start with, all of the rest endpoints have changed in name at the
very least, though since the CA reads these from a config file this
might not be a big issue.
