Sandeep,

Not sure if someone answered this already, but you want to look for
"encoding profiles" on our wiki to get an idea of when video is encoded
and how it is encoded.  Just changing the workflow
in /felix/conf/workflows/ should get rid of compression if you want,
but then your output video won't change at all...
