Just go to:
$FELIX_HOME/conf/services/org.opencastproject.capture.impl.ConfigurationManager.properties
and uncomment the "capture.fallback.png"-property and let it point to a
PNG-image (not JPG!). The image should have the recommended resolution
that you have for you recordings, but if not it will be resized.
