Hi Rüdiger, It works! Thanks. But when I try to play back in the media gallery, it shows error id 13 but didn't give any details on that error. Besides, on the capture agent, when I use adHoc download, I am able to get a mp3 file. However, when I scheule the recording, the admin UI only allows me to choose my camera but not the sound device and I cannot get a mp3 file.
