Hi Eric

Could you tell us which dependency is missing? This should not be happening so
the install script needs to be patched.

Thanks

Hi Garima,

I have encountered the same problem before.(I am using Centos 5)
In the first step (option 0), one dependency should be missing, try to google
that dependency and install it manually. Problem will be solved then.
