Carlos,

I'm not sure what the DVI to VGA splitter is like, but if it doesn't
scale output and ensure a constant signal to the USB2VGA device I would
add one of those inline.  About $250.

Looks good otherwise, note that not all USB cameras are the same so you
might want to ask around for what works.
