Armin's link is the same firmware I use, and it has port 22 open. If you're running that firmware and port 22 isn't open then you probably need to talk to Epiphan about that: I'm just the integrator :) You may need to talk to them regarding access anyway. Unfortunately not. Due to limited memory and storage space we don't have any separate logs at the moment, so everything gets dumped into /var/log/messages. The log is also restricted in size, so you effectively have to catch the error as it occurs to get the log information. Each component of the integration can be run interactively, so as long as you can reproduce the issue then it shouldn't be a problem capturing the necessary logging information.
