Hi Ramki I'm sending this to the Opencast list for other's to contribute. After today i will not be as active in the Opencast community as I am changing jobs. Our installation was fixed by the fix for MH-7593. I've updated MH-7404 with this information. The bug has now completely gone away. We have had good captures over the past 4 months :) I hope this helps. Unfortunately I have no experience with the Bluecherry cards. Also it's a good idea to mail the opencast mailing list with any issues you may get. All active developers and users will get your query. Cheers and good luck.
