Hi Jack, the logs say that the server that is trying to do the media inspection is looking for a remote (not running on the local machine) inspection service. Apparently, this lookup fails which is suggesting that either there is no inspection service running on any other machine or that this other machine was not able to connect to the system correctly, which you can find out by taking a look at the "Statistics" tab of your matterhorn installation. Look for a server that is running a media inspection service.
If there is none, then you need to install one. If the server is marked with a red dot, you need to bring it back online (since it's offline).
