I see my name on the agenda, but I'm really sorry to say that I won't be
able to attend! I'm sure some of the others can cover the website, the
upcoming elections and the new adopter self-identification process (or
voter registration, if you will). In a nutshell, if you are an adopter,
we would like you to add your organization to
http://opencast.org/matterhorn-adopters. Not only do you get to be a
cool yellow dot on the map, you'll get to vote in the upcoming elections
for board members.

about the device and will notify epiphan of any problems.
-New Website Overview: Michelle Ziegmann will highlight the
improvements of our new websites
* this agenda item imho takes precedence over the others. I know that
at least UC Berkeley, Usask, Osnabruck, and Nebraska will participate,
but it would be nice if some fresh faces chimed in.
