Hello, I installed Matterhorn 1.2 on Ubuntu server 10.04 64 bit according to the instructions at http://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MHDOC/Install+Source+Linux+V1.2
Here are my questions: 1. Are you supposed to create a user for the matterhorn service? any particular group membership for this user? 2. The documentation referes to conf/security.xml, there is no org.opencastproject.security.config= entry in config.properties there is also no security.xml files /opt/matterhorn/felix/conf Is there a template for security.xml? How do I create it?? 3. How do I deactivate the demo admin account and create new local accounts? By local I mean no LDAP, CAS or any external source for accounts Problems The database tables are not generated, i set org.opencastproject.db.ddl.generation=false and generated the tables manually according to https://opencast.jira.com/svn/MH/trunk/docs/scripts/ddl/mysql5.sql Any idea to why the database is not generated? I get "HTTP ERROR 404" at the "Upload Recording" page. The message shows up where the "Browse" button should be. How do I fix this?
