thanks for the quick reply! I checked the link as well as the code and can 
confirm that we are looking at an obsolete setting in the context of a 1.2 
installation. It has bee replaced by a configuration for the file install 
facility in /load, which is basically reading everything from /conf/security.

I've adjusted the documentation by removing the line you mentioned, which means 
that in config.properties, you don't need to configure anything with respect to 
the location of the security settings. It is defined to reside in 
/conf/security/ (unless you change the file install configuration).
