Can I chime in? Re. the specific question, I think the test form is wrong (i.e. uses a wrong path parameter. Specifically, I think the textarea containing the xml is submitted as a form parameter called "Configuration" (capital C), and (maybe I'm wrong), the name is case-sensitive and should be "configuration".
Let's wait for Greg to confirm, but if he does, this is a bug (though easy to fix...)
