First off make sure there is an ingest interval set in the Matterhorn
configuration page.  This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next
patch.  Normally I set this value to 60 (minutes) so it can take a while
for the device to ingest the captured media.

It's normal that the files do not show up in the web UI.  I believe that
page is a leftover from the base firmware that ours is based off of.
Keep in mind that these devices don't have a lot of CPU available
internally, so setting this interval to a small value in production
might be unwise.  Likewise with the capture polling time, it defaults to
10 minutes so you should make sure to schedule any new events at least
10 minutes (preferably 11!) into the future.
