We're trying to get our testbed Matterhorn implementation ready for a
demo next week, and I've run into a 404 error on our Engage server.
Build instructions were followed to the letter, and the
matterhorn-engage app for the red5 daemon has been installed. However,
when we click 'watch' on a capture from within the core server admin
pages, a 404 error is produced. It seems that some html pages are
missing from the tomcat instance. Where would I locate these files?
