As I understand the setup, there are two places where tenant files are needed:
In felix/load you will need a file org.opencastproject.organization-lectures.uct.ac.za.cfg And in felix/conf/security you will need lectures.uct.ac.za.xml I think in both places the "mh_default_org" file is also present. Have you done both?
