Hi Nils,

great to hear that you are still a Matterhorn fellow and interested in 
(re)starting the QA efforts! Why don't we get started by trying to define 
what's ideally needed in terms of QA environment(s) and process? I know that 
you have done some work already, but I suggest that we start be revisiting the 
information, making sure it is up-to date and reflecting the current project 
setup.

I've created an initial page [1] on the wiki very roughly describing the QA 
environments I see. Do you mind taking a look and start adding? Maybe other 
people are interested in joining the effort? I propose we design for an optimal 
case and then see what makes sense to put into production.
