Hi Jack,

The current firmware is affected by a critical bug which either prevents
capturing or prevents proper ingestion (there were actually two, but one
was obviously hiding the other).  There is a patch which is currently
undergoing QA at Epiphan which fixes the issue.  Once that firmware has
been released I will be posting an announcement on list so that everyone
is aware!
