I can't see what and how, but  I could be wrong?
I did block access to port 8080 and this not helped.

Do you think like that:

id=tenant2
name=Client University
server=gwstream-dev.brookes.ac.uk
port=8080

Unfortunately, I can't test it now as I am working from home I have lost the 
connection :(
