What OS do you have the CA running under?  Which version of Matterhorn?
 This exception is usually generated when jv4linfo is not installed
correctly.

Is 172.17.xx.xxx the IP of your core, or your CA?  I suspect this error
is appearing on your CA, in which case the cause is likely a mismatch
between core and CA versions, or misconfiguration.  For that error to
appear in the core you would have to have used the demo capture agent
and have it somehow use a different set of usernames and passwords!
