Will the user interface for management of users be available in version 1.3?

Correct, there currently is no interface for user management. Users are being created and authenticated outside the system using something like CAS or LDAP. Series may be assigned ROLES on the Series page. Click "Edit Series" and enter new information into "Privileges".
