When capture agent is ingesting to matterhorn core, the core end shows the log
message:

2012-02-10 15:18:55 ERROR (WorkflowOperationWorker:157) - Workflow operation
'image' failed
org.opencastproject.workflow.api.WorkflowOperationException: Encoding failed
