I thought at least for trunk and 1.3 we changed all scripts to openjdk.
Which install.sh did you use?

As a workaround, you can open the file install.sh for edition, looking
for a variable with a name similar to (I'm in a mobile and can't
search it myself) 'PACKAGE_LIST'. You'll see the packages installed
are listed, one at a line. Just modify the line containing the package
'sun-java6-jdk' and substitute it with the corresponding openjdk
package (something like openjdk6-jdk or similar --use apt-get search
java | grep jdk in a shell to know for sure). Save changes and run the
script again. Hopefully it won't break this time.
