After I upload a video which is 670MB, the log shows that(and it keeps existed
after the upload opertion is failed):

2 GB for manual upload. 670 MB is not a problem.

when I use the upload recording in the matterhorn core, what's the maxsize of
the video file? I am now uploading a video file which is 670MB, and it failed,
