This looks like a typo that you have a space in your URL between "ad
min"? Or is it just a problem with copying the files to the email?
This is set in
$FELIX_HOME/conf/services/org.opencastproject.capture.impl.ConfigurationManager.properties
with the property
capture.agent.state.remote.endpoint.url=${org.opencastproject.capture.core.url}/capture-admin/agents
