Dear All No board meeting this month, but as mentioned in our February news bulletin, the Opencast Board is planning a community meeting over the summer to help schools prepare for autumn semester pilots and deployments. We are looking at a three day meeting early June, ideally to allow a continuous itinerary for those attending the Jasig Sakai conference June 10-15 in Atlanta, with a venue on the East Coast. In order to prepare this meeting and to make sure we meet your requirements, we would ask you to express interest in joining by going to https://ethz.doodle.com/krz3bv64t4ypuy3k. This is to estimate the number of attendees especially, but if you would like add to a future agenda or would like to contribute to the meeting, please feel free to use the "comment" feature. Formal registration will follow once date and venue have been fixed.
