Can I see the error log leading up to this? Looking at the codebase, I don't see a way for the MCD to generate a mediapackage with multiple presenter/source streams. In the inpection UI (Admin UI -> Gear next to "FAILED" -> Mediapackage) is there a multitrack/source media file?
