Hi Jack, your new worker is running a service registry. This service registry uses a heartbeat that tries to talk to the other machines and marks them as offline if this doesn't work. Note that "other machines" includes the worker itself, so if you, for example, indicate a port 80 for reachability of the worker (the address you put into config.properties), and forget to bring httpd up that is proxying Felix (which is the recommended setup), you'll get this kind of warning.
Not sure which one of your machines is called "charger2", but assuming it's the new worker.
