Hello Kim, On compilation time, maven copies all the dependencies required by matterhorn in a folder named "/lib" within the Felix home folder. It seems that, for some reason, it failed to do so, or, at least, it didn't copied them completely.
Please make sure that /lib folder exists under your Felix home folder, and re-run maven with the same parameters in order to get the files correctly copied. Please report back to us if you are not successful (and also if you are!).
