Hi Brian,
there can be 2 reasons:
1. the matterhorn.war file was not copied after you build it with ant.
Check that you have either a matterhorn*.war file or a matterhorn*
directory in $RED5_HOME/webapps
2. if there still was a war-file, check that has the correct file rights
to be accessed by red5 and start red5. You should then wait some minutes
until you see in the logs that matterhorn-engage was deployed.
And by the way ?? is right. If you use RC2 you get an build error in ant
for matterhorn engage.

I upload a recording and process it with "Encode, Analyze, and
Distribute", when I try to play it I get the error:
Error Id 11:
Error message: Connection attempte rejected by FMS server
Error detail: No scope 'matterhorn-engage' on this server
