Hi folks, I do not see any new RB's filed against 1.3.x, so I see 1.3.1 as ready to release. As such, I am #proposing that I cut the final release of 1.3.1 on Tuesday, July 10 following the developer meeting that morning.
Baring any objections or new bugs filed before then I will be cutting the release ASAP. G
